"The Pennsylvania Lodge of the Fraternal Order of Police has filed a brief with the Pennsylvania Supreme Court in support of the receiver for the City of Chester. The PA's FOP brief in support of the receiver states that since 2013 the city has failed to make the required municipal payments to the Chester Police Pension Fund. The city’s refusal to make these payments has put the pensions of active and retired police officers in serious jeopardy. The PA FOP is committed to seeing this through for its members in the City of Chester."
