(Oct. 14, 2026) - Fraternal Order of Police State Lodge 92 executive director Tom Wines today issued the following statement: “Fraternal Order of Police State Lodge 92 thanks the jury for its service and for the care it brought to this difficult case.The request follows a recent incident in Erie involving parole agents and highlights the union’s call for clear, consistent procedures. The union is also seeking the Governor’s support to ensure the policy is finalized without further delay..FOP Lodge 92 strongly condemns the Commonwealth’s recent rejection of a grievance concerning the distribution of latex gloves to Parole Agents in Philadelphia. The union argues that limited access to essential PPE undermines safety protocols and places agents at risk.
